Managing your columns

Adding Columns
To add a new column select Add Column on the right hand side of the website on both the website view:
and the Data view:
Renaming Columns
In the Data and Website Views you can name/rename columns from the column menu and selecting Rename column.
In the Website view
Your selected column hovers over the webpage to allow you to see how the corresponding data from the webpage is represented in the column. You can change the column you are selecting by clicking it in the top bar.
To rename the column from this view simply click on the existing name and type your own.
Deleting columns
Removes a column that you don’t want any more.
In the Data and Website Views you can delete columns by using the column menu and selecting Delete column.
In the Website view
In the Website View you can delete columns by using the Delete column button on the column window.
At this point you can now add, rename and delete columns, further columns options can be found at the Column Options page.
Now you are ready to select data from your chosen website.
Reordering Columns
In the Data view
In the Data View you can reorder the columns by simply clicking and dragging them one over the other.
